2.2 These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier.
2.3 dreamjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the dreamjl Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. dreamjl strictly enforces this age restriction.

3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. dreamjl does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on dreamjl:
4.1 To access real-money gaming on dreamjl, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the dreamjl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dreamjl will never request your password through any communication channel.
4.4 KYC Verification. dreamjl is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.5 Account Information Updates. You must promptly notify dreamjl of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dreamjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard transactions. dreamjl does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. dreamjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Player Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the dreamjl Account.
5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on dreamjl:
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dreamjl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.
6.1 dreamjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. dreamjl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other Players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
6.4 dreamjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the stated terms.
7.1 All games on the dreamjl Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
7.2 The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, dreamjl's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. dreamjl's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 dreamjl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or where the outcome was affected by circumstances outside normal game operation.
7.5 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. dreamjl is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamjl Platform:
8.2 dreamjl reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the dreamjl Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of dreamjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dreamjl.
10.1 dreamjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 dreamjl may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dreamjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
12.2 dreamjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.3 dreamjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dreamjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 dreamjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at dreamjl's sole discretion.
13.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting dreamjl's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dreamjl's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.3 dreamjl operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have exhausted dreamjl's internal complaints process may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
15.1 dreamjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dreamjl will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
